Any person who accompanies or participates in any club activity does so entirely at their own risk and neither the club nor any member shall be liable for any damage suffered in transport to and from the venue, or at the venue. Similarly, there shall be no liability for any loss, damage, or injury to the person or equipment of any participant or invitee.
